INFOCUS is a range of multi-media self-help training packs developed by Urban Saints. The packs are designed to help improve the knowledge, skills and effectiveness of all Christian youth and children's leaders and can be used by individual leaders or leadership teams. The mentoring DVD seeks to answer the following questions: How is youth and children's work changing today? In light of these changes, why is mentoring so important? What is mentoring, and what are the various roles a mentor can take? How do you start, and maintain, effective mentoring relationships? Worksheets are included on the DVD.

Urban Saints, formerly known as Crusaders, has been reaching out to unchurched children and young people with the good news of Jesus Christ since 1906. They run local weekly youth and children's groups, special events, holidays, community projects and training programmes.
